Pre-Scripted Meal Plans

Click on a product below to see more in-depth info.  These meal plans are macro-based, beginner-friendly, provide scripted quick recipes for every meal & snack (multiple recipe options PER meal), and effectively teach you how to flexibly diet to hit effective macros and trade out foods as desired. Each diet is available in several different calorie tiers with adjusted macros for every tier. Upon purchase, you will fill out a quick questionnaire before receiving access to your personalized calorie tier.  Purchase the un-coached version if you feel you will only need general questions answered in the first few days via email.  The coached version allows you daily communication via text message with Coach Nettie for 6 weeks.

8-Week Beginner/Intermediate Programs

Click on a product below to see more in-depth info.  These are strength training-based programs, and cardio is optional (though cardio guidelines & education are included in the program). These programs provide video demos for every exercise, with multiple options for at home or a fully equipped gym. You also receive access to a database of exclusive bodyweight workouts that can be done on-the-go for travel, work breaks, or when you're snowed in. These programs also include general macro-dieting guidelines & educational resources.  If purchasing an un-coached version, you will still receive customer support via email for the first week.  The coached version allows you daily communication with Coach Nettie via text message for 8 weeks, with feedback on your form through video submission. Progress photos and check-ins are not included unless requested.  I am a hands-off coach.

12-Week Intermediate/Advanced Programs

Click on a product below to see more in-depth info.  These are strength training-based programs, and cardio is optional (though cardio guidelines & education are included in the program).  These advanced programs provide more complex instructions for advanced exercises & techniques that may require more lifting experience.  Please only partake in my advanced programs if you have already taken part in at least one of my beginner programs.  These programs provide video demos for every exercise, with multiple options for at home or a fully equipped gym. You also receive access to a database of exclusive bodyweight workouts that can be done on-the-go for travel, work breaks, or when you're snowed in. These programs also include general AND more specific/advanced macro-dieting guidelines & educational resources.  If purchasing an un-coached version, you will still receive customer support via email for the first week.  The coached version allows you daily communication with Coach Nettie via text message for 12 weeks, with feedback on your form through video submission.  Progress photos and check-ins are not included unless requested.  I am a hands-off coach.

Customized Coached Programs

Click on a product below to see more in-depth info.  My customized programs are very time consuming for me to develop, which is why the price is much higher.  I am not always available to create these programs, depending on my schedule, so PLEASE talk to me before purchasing one to see if I am willing.  These are strength training-based programs, and cardio is optional (though cardio guidelines & education are included in the program). These programs provide video demos for every exercise, with multiple options for at home or a fully equipped gym. The training programs also include general macro-dieting guidelines & educational resources. The meal plans provide scripted meals that will effectively enable you to hit the macros recommended for your specific goals, and see serious progress in the gym. All of these customized programs automatically come with coaching, which allows you daily communication with Coach Nettie for 1-2 months depending on the program you purchased.  Coaching for training programs includes feedback on your form through video submission, and coaching for meal plans includes helping you trade out foods from your plan for foods not listed, and teaching you how to effectively calculate if you're hitting your macros (without having to rely on an app).  Progress photos and check-ins are not included unless requested.  I am a hands-off coach.
