About Nettie Withrow

Hi! My name is Nettie. My fitness journey started back in 2008 when I became an ACE-certified personal trainer.  Since then, I have worked in and out of gyms helping people improve their health & physiques through form-focused weight-lifting and sustainable healthy dieting. 

I specialize in: gradual & longterm weight loss, prenatal & postpartum fitness, muscle building, bodyweight and resistance strength-training, macro-dieting and fitness nutrition.  I have also dabbled in bodybuilding (women's bikini & figure divisions).

I do NOT believe in fad diets or taking extreme measures to achieve quick results. My primary goal with each of my clients is to help them repair their relationships with their bodies and food as they improve their overall health and fitness through doable, NON-stressful programs.  Mental health is just as important as physical fitness and is the number one key to sustaining longterm results.  I will NEVER advocate for extreme dieting, excessive cardio, or demonizing specific food groups. 

 

I currently am ISSA-certified in personal training and nutrition. I'm a mother of 3, happily married, and I coach online part-time.  I also currently work part-time professionally cleaning homes and businesses.
