"Wanted to thank you for getting me back into a routine of self discipline and looking back to what I was before age and injuries got me down.  I needed something to get me back on track and Nettie has kick started me back into a fitness routine.  I was leery of taking the before pictures.  So glad I did.  My progress has been slow, but it is there.  The proof is in the picture.  My clothes are a little looser and I am feeling good and looking better.  Her workouts and diet guidance have been what I needed to get me on a good track for my own fitness.  She is methodical in how she writes her challenges.  Her workouts make sense.  She has a variety of ways to work the same muscle, and if you are injured, she has a variation to possibly not bother or aggravate it any more.  Just fantastic.  5 stars... highly and strongly recommend.  You will see the results if you stick to it."
